born in 1979, in Bratislava, Slovakia.
in 2006 received a M.Sc. degree in physics from the Comenius University in Bratislava.
since october 2006 studying for a PhD degree in the Device Modelling Group in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow under supervision of Prof. A. Asenov and Dr. K. Kalna.

working on project Novel Time-Resolved Thermal Imaging: AlGaN/GaN Heterostructure Field Effect Transistors (HFETs), in co-operation with the Applied Spectroscopy Group at the University of Bristol, which does the experimantal work on High-Power AlGaN/GaN HFETs provided by QinetiQ.
drift diffusion electrothermal simulations using device simulators Medici (2D) and Sentaurus (3D) of Synopsys.
