  • Quantum theory of transport in ultra-small semiconductor devices
    • The Quantum Transport area focusses on non-equilibrium Green Function techniques in nanodevices. The Device Modelling group also has positions at Post Doc level suitable for Quantum Transport THeorists and Density Functional Theory.
