About Me

In October 2006 I joined as post-graduate research student in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow, the Device Modelling Group under the supervision of Professor Asen Asenov and Dr Scott Roy. I am pursuing my interest in nanotechnology and progressing towards the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. My research is Monte Carlo simulations of Si MOSFETs.
